Winter tanning session
Yesterday the pediatrician informed us that Xander has a mild case of jaundice. It turns out this is rather common in newborns. The solution to "yellow baby" is what appears to be a miniature tanning bed (phototherapy). We've had him in it for a good part of the last 24hrs and it seems to have worked with his levels dropping back down towards normal (sans bronzing). A few more hours in the oven and he should be good to go.

Where's a picture of Xander and Poppa Al-J?
I must say that this is evidence that Xander is infact Rochelle's baby. Not even a week, and he is already trying to get a tan just like his mom the Sun Goddess! I'm glad that every thing is going ok now. Xander is super cute!!!
